Master of Science in Management

Degree Description The 36-credit, 74-week Master of Science in Management program (MSM) is designed to provide the fundamental business expertise necessary for achieving organizational imperatives. Data driven decision making, strategic planning, change management, marketing, financial and human resource management are competencies developed in the classroom. Graduates are prepared for leadership roles by creating a personal code of ethics and mastering team building, oral and written communication skills. They become proficient at conceptualizing, planning and execution through the completion of an applied research project. These projects provide opportunities for students to find solutions to real-world organizational problems through the application of academic research methods and sound business theory.
